Prof. (Dr.) Sameer Kumar Rastogi is presently working as Director, Shikhar Institute of Pharmacy, Budaun. There are numerous projects and publications to his credit, and he has successfully guided more than twenty students at master and doctorate level. He has more than 15 years of experience in academics and an excellent track record in academic institutions of high repute. He is actively engaged in research, teaching, industrial tie-ups and administrative service to the pharmacy profession.

Prof. (Dr.) Uday Pratap Singh Bhasker is a dedicated teacher and experienced professional working as a Professor at Shikhar Institute of Pharmacy, Budaun. He has more than 15 years of experience in teaching and has helped many students learn and grow in the field of Pharmacy. He has two patents and has published many research papers in well-known journals. He has guided more than 35 students of B. Pharm. and M. Pharm. in their projects. Dr. Bhasker also has good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, especially about different types of medicines and dosage forms. He connects classroom learning with practical knowledge. He is known for motivating students and helping them build successful careers. His guidance and support make him a valuable teacher and mentor.

Ms. Munish Pal is presently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at Shikhar Institute of Pharmacy, Budaun, Uttar Pradesh. She has completed her M. Pharm in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and has 11 years of rich experience in teaching, research and academic mentoring. She has been teaching subjects like Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry and Instrumental Methods of Analysis to D. Pharm, B. Pharm and M. Pharm students as per the PCI syllabus. Her areas of research interest include Synthetic Organic Chemistry, Drug Design and Pharmaceutical Analysis. She has published several research and review articles in reputed national and international journals and has participated in conferences, Faculty Development Programs and seminars. She has successfully guided B. Pharm and M. Pharm students in their research projects and is actively involved in guiding students for GPAT and other competitive examinations.

Mrs. Nisha Sharma is currently working as an Associate Professor in SIOP, Budaun. Mrs. Sharma has completed her M. Pharm in Pharmacology from M. J. P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly (UP). She is also pursuing her Ph.D. from Sanskriti University, Mathura. She has 8.5 years of academic experience in different reputed Pharmacy Institutes. She has also published her research and review articles in well reputed national and international journals. She has attended many national and international conferences.

Mr. Navneet Thakkar is currently working as an Assistant Professor in SIOP, Budaun. He has completed his M. Pharm in Pharmacognosy from IFTM University, Moradabad (UP) and B. Pharm from Radha Govind Institute of Pharmacy, Moradabad (UP). He is also pursuing his Ph.D. in Pharmacognosy from IFTM University, Moradabad (UP). He has 10 years of academic experience in different reputed universities and institutes. He has also published his research and review articles in well reputed journals. He has attended national and international conferences.

Mrs. Naina earned her B. Pharm from the Institute of Pharmacy, Invertis University, Bareilly in 2019 and her M. Pharm in Pharmacology from the College of Pharmacy, IFTM University, Moradabad in 2021. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Pharmacy from Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad. She has a total teaching experience of 4.5 years at various reputed Pharmacy Institutes. Presently, she is working as an Assistant Professor at Shikhar Institute of Pharmacy, Bareilly. She is also a research scholar at TMU, Moradabad. During her Ph.D., she has published many research papers in Web of Science (SCIE indexed journals) and one review paper in a Web of Science indexed journal. She has also completed her pre-thesis work. Additionally, she has published a paper indexed in Scopus and holds a patent.

Mr. Abhishek Kumar is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Shikhar Institute of Pharmacy. He completed his B. Pharm from Pharmacy College Saifai, Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences, Etawah, and further pursued his M. Pharm from NIET Pharmacy Institute, AKTU, Greater Noida. He has also qualified competitive exams such as G.P.A.T. and C.U.E.T. (AKTU) in 2021 and 2023 respectively. Additionally, he has taken part in numerous national and international conferences and received a certificate for outstanding oral presentation. He brings 1.5 years of industrial experience in Formulation and Development and has 2 years of teaching experience. He has also contributed to the research community with review papers published in Scopus-indexed journals. His combined expertise in industry and academia enables him to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical applications in pharmaceutical sciences.

Mr. Akshanshu Patel is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutics at Shikhar Institute of Pharmacy with 2 years of teaching and academic experience. He completed M. Pharm from MET Faculty of Pharmacy, Moradabad, affiliated to AKTU. He is G.P.A.T. qualified and actively involved in pharmaceutical research. He has published several research and review papers in reputed journals, including Bentham and Scopus-indexed journals. He has attended many national and international conferences in the field of pharmaceutical sciences.

Mr. Charanjeet is currently working as an Assistant Professor in our esteemed institution. He has completed his M. Pharm in Pharmacology from the Department of Pharmacy, M. J. P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly (U.P.) and did his B. Pharm from Rakshpal Bahadur College of Pharmacy, Bareilly (U.P.). He achieved a Gold Medal in his M. Pharm from M. J. P. Rohilkhand University on its 51st foundation day. He qualified competitive exams such as G.P.A.T., N.I.P.E.R. and C.U.E.T. in 2022. He has published research, review articles and abstracts in reputed journals and has two patents. He has written two book chapters with reputed publishers and participated in national and international conferences, where he received a best oral presentation certificate.

Ms. Kasak Gupta is currently working as an Assistant Professor in our esteemed institution. She has completed her M. Pharm in Pharmacology from the Department of Pharmacy, Bareilly International University (BIU), Bareilly (U.P.) and did her B. Pharm from Rakshpal Bahadur College of Pharmacy, Bareilly, affiliated to Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Uttar Pradesh. She has published her review paper in a well reputed journal and has two patents to her credit. She has participated in national and international conferences and was awarded second prize in a best oral PPT presentation. Her area of specialization is Pharmacology and she is actively involved in teaching and academic activities.

Ms. Samreen Parveen, Assistant Professor at Shikhar Institute of Pharmacy, Budaun, is a passionate educator and researcher specializing in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Nanotechnology. She completed her B. Pharm from Invertis University, Bareilly, and M. Pharm in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. Her research interests include Pharmaceutical Nanotechnology, nano-based drug delivery and molecular docking. She has published research and review articles in reputed scientific journals and actively participates in conferences and seminars, with a strong interest in research, innovation and scientific development.

Ms. Deeksha Agarwal completed her Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) from Sardar Bhagwan Singh University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand in 2023. She later pursued her Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm) in Pharmaceutics from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly in 2025. She has actively participated in more than two international and three national conferences and has presented posters and oral presentations at institutions such as Metro College, Greater Noida, ISF College, Moga, Punjab, and RBMI, Bareilly. She has also completed online certificate courses in Pharma conducted by the Government. She has published two review articles and her research interests include formulation development, nanotechnology and drug delivery systems.

Mr. Ashish Kumar is an Assistant Professor with a strong academic background in Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Sciences. He completed his Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) from MET Faculty of Pharmacy, Moradabad, in 2021, followed by a Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm) in Pharmaceutics from SRMS CET Pharmacy, Bareilly, in 2025. He has successfully qualified the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT). He has published several research and review articles in reputed national and international journals, including journals published by Bentham and Scopus-indexed journals. He has also participated in numerous national and international conferences in pharmaceutical sciences, gaining exposure to recent advancements and emerging trends in the discipline.

Mr. Shivam Gaur is currently working as a Lecturer in Shikhar Institute of Pharmacy, Budaun (Uttar Pradesh) with 3 years of teaching experience. He completed his Bachelor of Pharmacy from Shikhar Institute of Pharmacy, Budaun. He has attended many national and international conferences.
